I've been getting a few questions about how to go about posting stuff on the blog and decided I'll make a post here about it and explain a few things.
First thing first you have to be logged in.
When you want to post something look for the "New Post" link located at the top right of the page. It'll be next to where you'd see your email address and where the sign out link is.
Once you click that you'll go to a new page where you'll be able to write your post and etc.
If you're posting:
Above the box for typing your post you'll see a few edit buttons...
A link: go to the one that says Link <- it'll look similar to that. A box will appear where you'll input the URL and where it says "text to display" write what you want it to say. Such as click me, or the name of the site etc.
A picture: located next to the link button is a picture click that and you go through the same procedure. You can add as many pictures as you wish. You can upload from your computer or from a url.
A video: again next to the picture and link buttons is a video icon where it'll allow you to upload a video from youtube or your computer.
btw if you need to download a video from youtube or another site I recommend using keepvid.com. It'll give you multiple options including a mp3 format of the video. If your trying to get a video from youtube and the url isn't recognized try only copying up to the & sign. For example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9h4DMNpovg&feature=topvideos_music
